Dry needling is a safe technique for treating many musculoskeletal conditions, including shoulder pain, rotator cuff pain, biceps tendinitis, iliotibial band syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, low back pain, tennis elbow, whiplash or neck pain, headaches, muscle strains, hip pain and temporomandibular pain, also called TMJ.

is a therapeutic technique that creates a vacuum effect to the muscle tissues. This promotes circulation, lactic acid reduction, increases lymphatic flow, and reduces muscle fatigue
Most athletes use cupping for faster recovery, decreased tension/pain and enhance athletic performance. They are various forms of cups that could be used for this therapy. The classic (TCM) traditional Chinese medicine cups. Which are made out of glass that are used as a stationary function. The modern pump mechanism plastic design. Which allows for controlled pressure. They also have a stationary or removable function option. The silicone base cups which are often used in sports massage, myofascia release, and lymphatic drainage.
is a highly-specialized form of manual therapy that corrects pain and dysfunction by treating trigger points, muscle adhesions, and fascial (connective tissue) patterns
These trigger points, adhesions and fascial patterns can form due to a specific trauma, postural pattern, or series of repetitive movements. Decreasing trigger points in tight bands of muscle and releasing areas of stuck muscle in an effective and efficient manner.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a safe, effective treatment for many conditions. IASTM uses a curved or flat surface instrument to apply pressure to tight muscles and tendons.
This therapy stimulates healing by increasing blood flow and breaking up scar tissue. The goal of IASTM therapy is to promote healing and reduce pain. It does this by increasing circulation, breaking up scar tissue and fascia (connective tissue), loosening tight muscles, reducing inflammation, and stimulating nerves. This helps the body recover faster from injuries and improves overall health by preventing future problems. The instruments can also work in other types of treatment, such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
